Hmm, can you still touch and feel things? Their leaves feel pretty unique, I think they'd give a good sense of how they appear.
I'll see if I can try and find some...
mentioned earlier is fairly easy to look after, I've heard, but I don't own one personally nor have I looked into it.

Some plants are more finnicky than others. The one I
there and stuff. I mean, planets and other things too, but attaching a morality to the universe seems a little silly, don't you think?
Like calling mountains empathetic or something. But eh, even my dreaming's got limits. Everyone's kinda different.
I stopped thinking so lofty like a year ago."
"You say something like that, but then go on to wax poetic about the rest of outer space... I mean, it's not like I've got any first-hand experience with what's out there, nor do a lot of humans, and I might sound way too callous for saying this, but is just like.. y'know, just rocks and space out -

The Dumbbell Nebula (also known as the Apple Core Nebula, Messier 27, and NGC 6853) is a planetary nebula (nebulosity surrounding a white dwarf) in the constellation Vulpecula, at a distance of about 1360 light-years.[1] It was the first such nebula to be discovered, by Charles Messier in 1764. At its brightness of visual magnitude 7.5 and diameter of about 8 arcminutes, it is easily visible in binoculars[4] and is a popular observing target in amateur telescopes. The Dumbbell Nebula appears shaped like a prolate spheroid and is viewed from our perspective along the plane of its equator. In 1992, Moreno-Corral et al. computed that its rate of expansion angularly was, viewed from our distance, no more than 2.3 arcseconds (โณ) per century. From this, an upper limit to the age of 14,600 years may be determined. In 1970, Bohuski, Smith, and Weedman found an expansion velocity of 31 km/s. Given its semi-minor axis radius of 1.01 ly, this implies that the kinematic age of the nebula is 9,800 years.[

18.06.2025 19:09 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 3 ๐ฌ 5 ๐ 1Just 'cause they look nice, mostly. There's also studies that confirm that looking after plants and looking at them can make you feel more positive and healthier, too.
Actually, quite a few houseplants are toxic if you eat 'em or touch their sap. And there's even a variety of carnivorous ones...
It's never too late to give it a shot! I only got into it myself rather recently... with some research and practice, it's not too difficult to get the hang of.

Calathea musaica... their leaves make me think of like, some kinda binary code? Mechanical, in a way? Very cool looking.
Y'know, it's so true... cutting your lunch into cute shapes makes it taste way better. Especially when the hotdogs look like little octopuses.

Peperomia caperata (purple/red ripple)... the flowering tendrils kinda make it look very space-like!
I almost went with an Alocasia cuprea, though... just 'cause it also looks quite alien.

An air plant might be the "obvious" pick, but going with an asparagus fern because the leaves look airy and cloud-y!
