"This month has been harder for me than I anticipated. I haven't really had the spoons to do much more than clean my room (which is a huge, uncommon W for me tbh) shower, drink water, and feed myself. I've been desperately trying to combat my body's stress response that causes insane breakouts on my face that severely impact my self confidence in my daily life. This has coupled with a loss of momentum in my health journey that I was so proud of since April. All of that though is in the backseat to the inevitable weight on my chest knowing I won't be passing my upcoming exam this go around. These last months of the year while my favorite, have also entered us into the evolution and duet of seasonal depression and I am not an exception to it."

"To all of my friends in my computer who support me with messages on Discord, as viewers of my stream, and let me be so lucky as to occupy any space in your mind - I am so sorry for disappearing. I can admit that I'm not efficiently handling existing right now, but your words don't go unseen.
