It's a waste of time for everyone to plan to connect; correspond back & forth to then reveal it's not what the candidate wants.

My verdict on #Figma Slides is that it's a very capable tool for just that: making slide decks.

It does however create a set of unmet expectations that, although objectively unfair, are hard to avoid for those who are already @figma.com users (e.g. not supporting components; auto layout, etc).
