The National Trust is looking for a volunteer butterfly surveyor to help monitor butterfly populations on Gower. The surveys take place at sites around Rhossili and Pilton Green. Runs April to September. No expert knowledge required - training and guidance will be provided π¦

Few hours at Dinefwr with @welshnaturelady.bsky.social, Willow Warbler near the ice house, lots of calling Chiff, a few yaffling Green Woodpecker. Not a single butterfly. #birdingWales
Early walk out to Sker c250 Golden Plover, some starting to look v smart. A few Turnstone, Ringed Plover. 4 Barnacle Geese at the pool. Singing Chiffs, it felt very Spring like. #birdingWales
