Lost Evening VIII in Edinburgh was such a special and incredible weekend. Full of positivity, community and love. The live performances were incredible and that last headline show from @frankturner.bsky.social and The Sleeping Souls was epic. Thank you to all who came. Until next year!

The now legendary AMA spot with @frankturner.bsky.social in the hot seat. He was grilled on everything from how to keep finding inspiration for songs; how to keep physically and mentally strong for shows as well as advice for new musicians. Thanks for the great and thoughtful questions.

Frank & TSS will close out the festival with a Greatest Hits set! We have the legendary Ask Me Anything with Frank in the hot seat at 1pm (at the NA Stage) followed by a well needed Recovery session with yoga, meditation and mindfulness led by Laura Green.

Panels - Frank and The Sleeping Souls discuss Positive Songs at 1pm – moderated by Callum Green at the NA Stage. And the panel at 3pm (in the Newmarket Room) is a conversation about mental health and strategies on how to take care of yourself and your community.

Joining @frankturner.bsky.social on the Written Word panel today was the ever-brilliant @christt.bsky.social and Beans on Toast. The three of them discussed the writing process for both long-form and songs, how best to write for yourself rather than anyone else

Really fun first panel hearing about all the Lost Evenings Festival Fringe Events. It's a lovely community that has been built up around the festival and the extra curricula activity this year is off the scale. There's the boat party, karaoke, park run, screening of Get Better and lots lots more.

Lost Evenings VIII has officially opened! And the Cowboy Chords is up and running.
