I harvested one flower head by carefully cutting it off, putting it into a paper bag and shaking it like a maraca to hear ten billion tiny black seeds fall off effortlessly with a fun hissing rattle. That was way more fun than I would ever expect it to be.

IF we had the ground space, I'd let them go feral constantly as a honeybee magnet for other plants. Though I'm not wanting to taste "onion honey". :D I have enough green onion seeds harvested to last a very long time.
Green onions get enormous if allowed to keep growing. They can be 3 foot tall! They'll eventually throw up a pretty white flower that attracts bees like crazy and produces a ton of seeds.
Copyright date is 2001. I'd never seen this before either. They had two copies, one new, one used. The used one had this personal charm of it's previous owner thus its now priceless!

Just finished In The Blink Of An Eye and wow, wow. Kind of Wall-E kind of Interstellar kind of This Is Us but with a message about the perseverance of the human spirit I so needed right now. Kate McKinnon in a dramatic role makes me just want more.
