Today, NYC is showing support for trans youth at a rally taking place at St. Vartan Park in NYC, across from St. Vartan Armenian Apostolic cathedral. Vartan Mamigonian fought a war of conscience and we continue his tradition by standing for what is right.

It is sad to see when social practice artists fail to practice what they preach. I know an artist who received funding for a project centered on conversation, yet refuses to communicate effectively in workplace and creates a toxic environment. Being a social practice artist is a responsibility!
