Food trauma is so silly, and I hate that I have it. When trying new food, I get filled with this sense of dread. I feel like I want to cry, I feel like I'm in trouble, I think it might genuinely activate my flight or fight response. I wish I could just eat like a normal person.

This whole exchange is so cute

Imagining Mom taking Pixxy to the churches Trunk or Treat, Mom gushing to the other moms about how cute her pumpkin costume is. Pixxy hisses and shows her fangs, saying "I'm a demon pumpkin!!" Causing all the old ladies to gasp in shock.

Pixxy's while trick or treating is like "Im not cute! Im an EVIL pumpkin! I'll bite you with my evil teeth!"

Mom fighting back against Pixxy's goth phase by convincing her that instead of going trick or treating as a bloody vampire, she'd be much scarier as a vampire pumpkin! Pixxy keeps the vampire teeth, and Mom gets to dress pixxy in a toddler style jack-o-lantern costume. Much more appropriate~
