I think possibly the way you'd do something like this is run your own appview but use someone else's relay? IIRC running an appview itself is actually pretty cheap. Potentially even appviews could pool funds together to run a shared relay.

I kind of love Gateway. Implies that it's giving you access to an already existing ecosystem, and it's what you go through to access it. But also implies there could be other ways to access that ecosystem.
