We need to very quickly understand that for journalism to survive the next few years, we have to directly support writers. If we don’t pay writers, billionaires will*.

*They’ll float just enough for loyal high profile op-ed bedbugs, and feed the news cycle to biased AI.

I just finished Gideon the Ninth (I read along with the audible by Moira Quirk). Great book and great narration.
