Transparency and thorough vetting are crucial when it comes to appointing people to these significant positions. The skipping of these vital checks already compromises the integrity and effectiveness of our federal government.

Agreed. Term limits should be able to ensure fresh perspectives, reduce career politicians’ influence, and curb corruption by preventing excessive power consolidation in our government roles. There could be drawbacks, but can be addressed through planning and the development of effective solutions.
