Thai Kitchen brand stir-fry rice noodles

These mixed with a sauce I threw together at the very last second. I boiled crunchy peanut butter, hoisin sauce, and a bit of water together just long enough to dissolve and combine the ingredients. I would have jazzed them up more, but like I said, it was a very last minute decision 😩
