We’ll see it’s the Capricorn in me - I’m currently pre-training for when I start training in June. Marathon is in October. But I have Beat the Bridge, Ragnar, and back to back half marathons before then.
Excellent!! I’ve had to make sure to slow my pace lately so I don’t bonk. Had 18 miles last weekend and barely peeked it out. Luckily I only have 15 tomorrow. 🙃

It was a good one. She said it was an endurance based run but there were some pickups mixed in. She did do shout outs! It was a good class but with my training the classes don’t often fit plus I’m more of a podcasts while running girl. I’d do it again though. I ended up at 3.35 miles.

Yes! I was excited to see it. It’s audio only. I added it to my schedule but not sure if I’ll do it as I don’t usually run on Saturdays and I have 8 miles scheduled Sunday. I want to though so will just depend on if I wake up in time.
