The USA created this mess.

You left out a few things Amy. We pulled your slop from our shelves because the USA threatened to annex us and and spent the last year trying to destroy us economically.
Once again - not everything is about the USA. You don't make sales by treating your customers like crap.
Where I'm from in Canada we call it "No thanks".
Among other things, he's also a member of the Heritage Foundation which is a Conservative think tank... so GOP and probably MAGA.
Is this for PC or just mobile devices? I don't want social apps on my phone.
I don't envy this man his job. While I don't think we came out of this untarnished - how else are we to deal with both reckless allies and long standing Iranian threats when they are locking horns?... by "viewing the world as it is and not how we wish it to be."

So if the US military calls it that then I guess that's ok? Funny... that Russia still calls its war on Ukraine a military 'operation'... but whatever. Please just go away.
Last time I checked, dropping bombs on people was not an "action" it's "war". But if that's the hair you want to split as we part - so be it. Ciao.
Yeah, probably, and that's why I said I don't know if there's been discussions with allies. But if I don't know - neither do you.
Supporting a wanna be dictator who unilaterally starts a war without any prior authorization from his/her own government and no prior discussions with allies is not exactly how I see a sovereign nation with principles acting.
No, you're putting words in my mouth. What I'm asking is - Are we supporting the USA in a decision their country has consensus on AND with consensus with our allies? Because if not - we are not supporting the USA in this action we would be supporting 'Trump' and his clown show.
That's not what I am saying... but if the USA does not have the green light from their own congress and no other allies have been included in the loop this presents an 'internationally illegal' action - which CANADA should not be backing no matter what our own policies on Iran are.
I get it. But throwing support behind Trumps actions at this time, without approval from his own congress (& I don't know if there were any discussions with allies before hand) is problematic.
Sounds like his talking points are coming from a memo he got from the WH... with cc to PP.
Who is paying for this? π€¬
I must have missed something in Houston's logic - when I go on vacation somewhere 'else' I want to make contact with actual people there, even if only briefly. I can scroll on my phone at home and to that end would 'virtually' never have to leave my house. He's shooting himself in the foot.
πΊπ¦β€οΈ Zelensky: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, United Kingdom, United States β thank you for your support. Light will prevail.
Russian Gas Drilling in Alaska
Texas financier, connected to Donald Trump, signed a deal with the Russian energy company Novatek to develop natural gas in Alaska. The agreement comes despite ongoing Western sanctions against Russia due to its actions in Ukraine. π€¬

CDN's don't want to "work with" pedo protectors & grifters... and that IS the mature way to view this.
I actually kind of liked watching everything that we were doing going largely un-noticed by the orange stain and his henchmen. No need for heraldry - just get the job done.
Today is a Day of Mourning in BC for the tragedy in Tumbler Ridge.
Our thoughts are with the families of those who lost their lives, students and staff, first responders, and the entire Tumbler Ridge community.
Please join us in observing a moment of silence at 12:00 PM (PST).
"Elbows up" originates from ice hockey, associated with Canadian player Gordie Howe, who was known for using his elbows to protect himself during play. Over time, it has evolved into a cultural phrase in Canada, symbolizing strength, readiness, and a spirit of defiance against aggression.
Sorry - but as a CDN currently I have an adverse reaction to calling myself 'American' in spite of the technical nomenclature details on a map.
Wouldn't that depend on which side of the border he hatched on? π
Yep - Great that it may work out for the US but I'm not dropping my guard for a second in the hopes there isn't a 'repeat' in some future election cycle. Lesson learned.
Even without the tariffs - there is still the small ongoing matter of the collusion and back door dealing they're so fond of.
It's not over yet - Moves to the Senate next then likely to be veto'd by the orange stain. keep those #ElbowsUp and the #BoycottUSA going.
"The caucus was founded as a group of conservative Democrats in 1995 in response to defeats in the 1994 elections. Historically, the Blue Dog Coalition has been conservative, both fiscally and socially."
