Like literally the best coping strategy for ADHD is mindfulness. Writing your OWN notes. Keeping your OWN lists. Finding strategies that help YOU remember things. YOU, not a chatbot.
Here's actual advice.
LLMs won't help ADHD but here's strats that works for me:
* "In the moment" - do things WHEN YOU THINK OF THEM or write them down immediately to do when you get home. Don't leave it to chance.
For comms, this means take payment on the same day you KNOW you'll do the work.
