SPOILERS but just to get my kvetching in re things I don't like. What's up with fuckboi Spock? I don't like fuckboi Spock. Also in general I think a lot of my fave bits of Star Trek are when they operate like dutiful competent professionals, not kinda over-emotional people refusing therapy.

I found the holodeck episode of Strange New Worlds (latest one as I post!) very charming and fun. In general I think SNW is far far and away at its best when it is doing fun light-hearted episodes. It's good at that, and the cast play it well. Good stuff!
