Yesterday spoke to a friend and was surprised to learn that their company still bans any/all GenAI tools.

I asked them to quit and find a job where these new technologies are encouraged and adopted.

one of the reasons bluesky works differently is because early users waged a successful fight to get the devs to prioritize safety features to protect communities at risk

as a result bluesky now has a suite of controls that i think are unmatched on social media

The best part about having the #LnD #Learning community here outside of LinkedIn is that you get to know people as people, beyond their professional titles and jobs. I am loving seeing how L&D folks are showing their art, running metrics, random pics, travel etc. What a breath of fresh air!
