breakfast with an egg and a Croissant with vegan salmon and avocadocreme

I didn't think my first post would be about my breakfast, but I found this green and brown egg when I released my chickens into the garden and put it straight into a pot to cook. It's delicious. And I really want to post something, so why not start with breakfast?
