That makes a lot of sense! I meant that Terry Pratchett introduced me to the concept, not that he was the origin of it- I’ll have to look into the Indian mythology around it, thank you for letting me know :)

Just measured and the whole thing’s only 6x6cm (a bit over 2x2 inches)! I think I can excuse there not being as much detail in the shrew as I’d like 😅

Since first reading Terry Pratchett I’ve loved the idea of worlds on top of turtles. Obviously this is a much smaller scale but the whimsy makes me smile! Tried to add a pygmy shrew tucked somewhere in there but I’m still working on drawing so tiny

Reading Way of Kings for the first time and I love the concept of spren, it would be the ultimate form of validation- imagine judging whatever you’re crafting but you look up and creationspren are dancing around :)
