At some point there wasn't the same science or public health cleavage in the US. If you want US levels of radicalisation and polarisation you can't just say, 'oh we had a good summer, let's stop there'. The people who need that cleavage need to keep pushing. That's why you can't give them an inch.

If it were me, I'd make omelettes or frittata and put them in the fridge to eat cold in the morning. Also make huge rice-based salads (rice, canned tuna and loads of veg) and store in the fridge. Keeps about a week. I'd happily eat that for breakfast from a bowl or make into a burrito.
