Diving into some FiveEvil art tomorrow for the new book “Netherworlds”. Really enjoyed working on these - montages and paint overs and assemblages is something I’ve always enjoyed doing, way back to the earliest days of my art foundation course. Nothing is wasted eh? FiveEvil is a handsome book.

For a|state second edition we wanted to have several artists working on it so we could make a generous amount of art. We pushed a previously-developed style, closely referencing photographs and using painted-over montages to complement Paul Bourne’s beautiful CG imagery, key to the setting.

FiveEvil is 5e horror dialled up to the max.
If you play #DnD and you want to try some contemporary horror - check out Splinters, which is entirely free! Take your 5e players into a horror mini-campaign they will never forget.
(What is Lisken and how can he be stopped? Maybe they’ll never know…)
