After becoming irate with Elon musk who at the time was a DeSantis supporter and posted on former Twitter, now X, that “it's time for Trump to hang up his hat & sail into the sunset.", Donald Trump during a rally called Elon Musk a “bullshit artist” claiming that Elon had sworn to have voted for him in 2016 during a White House visit. Following this rally, Elon replied to Trump’s claims by simply posting “Lmao” on his X account. This angered Donald Trump who then took off to his own Social Media Platform, Truth Social, and posted a picture of himself sitting at the Resolute Desk (the desk at the Oval Office at the White House”, alongside Elon standing next to him with the caption saying, “When Elon Musk came to the White House asking me for help on all of his many subsidized projects, whether it’s electric cars that don’t drive long enough, driverless cars that crash, or rocketships to nowhere, without which subsidies he’d be worthless, and telling me how he was a big Trump fan and Republican, I could have said, “drop to your knees and beg,” and he would have done it…” This post is now being shared throughout social media as it is still available on Truth Social with people laughing and wondering how bad the fallout will be between Trump and Elon, who are both said to be egomaniacs.
