Someone mentioned Anchor, I've heard their food can be surprisingly good?? but we didn't try any as we just dropped in on our way to a fam dinner nearby. They do have a very fun notebook with sketches and writing from visitors! incl some relatively well known (yuri) artists

Every now and then one pops up but afaik they never last very long :') this "shimai cafe" existed in akiba for like 8mo in 2007 lol. A couple more have come and gone (at least one in ikebukuro) since then... but I can't remember any of their names.
