Do I just bite the bullet and buy the DT 770 PRO X for 200 bucks after proudly swearing I'd never buy Beyerdynamic again?

Approached Masato while six drinks deep to ask what he was having, and we ended up talking for almost three hours until the izakaya closed. We drunkenly stumbled toward the station, where we exchanged Line information and parted ways.

Had them drying in a small box with some silica gel and they still seem to work just fine. Yippeee

Had to kill my first cockroach today. I’ve been super careful to keep everything clean, but the fucker was waiting for me as I opened my apartment door.

Good thing I bought cockroach spray before I even moved in - just in case.

Trust me, dude. I'm super disappointed about this. I've been using DT770s for over 10 years at this point. There's a spot in Akihabara that does cable replacement on headphones. Might be worth the 60 bucks.

Second pair of Beyerdynamic DT770s where the cable gave out on me. I think I'm done with them at this point and I can’t be bothered to fix it, especially since the headband plastic is disintegrating too.

Any suggestions for an upgrade?
