I have an appointment at 3.20pm. Therefore this entire day is wasted.

And by "landline" I now just mean home phone, because it's VOIP. Totally different tech. My brain won't remember that every time though.

Finally got my landline sorted this morning. Still coughing like a chain smoking sailor, but I could talk for just long enough to get the person to diagnose and fix the issue. Knackered now!

Traditional innit.

Got fibre broadband installed last week. They were supposed to activate the annoying VOIP "landline" phone, but didn't. I've been ill all week and unable to call sky to complain. And reliant on my mobile phone for family and medical help. Not great.
