You'd think Reform would be delighted that a white, working class plumber got elected and they beat the metropolitan elite university lecturer.

How shit at business do you have to be, to be personally worth 37,000 times the amount an average UK worker will earn in a LIFETIME, and still be incapable of withstanding a tiny tax increase?

The Labour Government refused a 1% asset tax on the super rich, yet raised taxes on people already struggling.

All whilst their "black hole" turned out to be utter nonsense.

Active choices to refuse to fund our communities which they desperately need.

Well, names change. Labour is the new name for the Tories. The Greens are the new name for Labour. Reform is the new name for the National Socialist English workers party.

Absolutely. This isn't just Trump, this has been ongoing for years. If we are going to spend 5% GDP on defence then let's build our own, and let's benefit from the money, not just pass it through to the US. It can be done gradually, wean ourselves off step by step.

Sorry, these weren't given if we had to pay money for them. It should say purchased.

It always hits a nerve when people are on the defensive. They are so on edge they see everything as criticism. I'd just like to say thank you for giving up your time to work at the food back.

Hey remember when the UK Govt agreed to triple the no. of visas that WORKING AGE MIGRANT Australians could apply for to come 'ere and "take are jobs, Gary!" and nobody said shit?

It's because they don't care about "borders" or "immigration" really.

They're all just racist.

I believe you can tell a lot about a person when they react in the moment. Seeing Starmer saying that Israel had a right to starve Gaza was a turning point for me and drove me to the greens.

Adrian Ramsay and his response to questions on trans women seems the same. What are your views?

The problem I always have with alternatives to the car, is that they never get implemented. I think more people would support closure to cars were the alternatives put into place first.

I wonder if it will take another 15 years for people to realise the same with Starmer.

I didn't vote for Clegg in 2010. I didn't vote for Starmer in 2024. There is some satisfaction in being on the right side of history.

When they say never again, they mean for them.

He is a top lawyer, so words are his business. He has been disgusting on Gaza, on trans rights and now on immigration. It's as if he is an immoral sociopath who just cares for the trappings of power.

The Greens need to push forward, and I think his campaign crystallises that. Of course Labour will smear him, it will be a lot more difficult to call him anti-Semitic though. But I think he is authentic, that is a strength that Starmer lacks.

They are not performative, they are right wing. It's why they don't change course.

Nigel Farage still insisting that he has "never ever, ever suggested anything other than the NHS should be free".

Here's what he's said in the past behind closed doors

What makes me really sad, is that my kids grew up with the books and films, but now we can't watch them, knowing the bigotry of the author.

I think cyclists should understand the rules of the road. Nobody should be allowed on the road, car, cyclist or scooter unless they understand the highway code. How else to check that except for a test?

Also, just so you know I didn't vote for Corbyn, I'm actually a Labour person, who finds that Labour have moved so far to the right they have left me behind.
I can't see myself voting for Labour again, and I won't vote tactically, my lib dem vote in 2010 to keep the Tory out, showed me that error.
