A golden latte is filled with warming, stimulating and anti-inflamatory herbs - basically sunshine in a cup. And the taste is reminiscent of chai. Just magic ✨

Golden latte 💛✨
2 c milk of choice
1 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp black pepper
Honey or maple syrup, to taste
Rose petals, as garnish
Warm or steam the milk, add to herbs, add sweetener, top with rose petals and voila! Sniff, sip and enjoy my lovelies 🌹
