They went through some special genetics test to check for a storage disorder, this was terrifying because it shortens lifespans a lot, but it came back negative. So after that the neurologist & regular vet agreed we’d just let them live, the neuro said they’re CH adjacent
At a certain point they’re just waiting for any microscopic movement from the human to demand food😅

I’m always looking for uses for the boxes that come to my house. I have ADHD so my attention span is minimal, but a couple hours across a couple days feels doable, such a great project!

I used to volunteer at a special needs school during their pet nights, my cat was the only cat, and the woman who ran it said she was so happy to have him because cat purrs have been proven to calm people.
