Blockchain platform securely digitizes public records | Cornell Chronicle
Ava Labs, a company with roots at Cornell, recently announced that its Avalanche blockchain platform will be used for the largest deed tokenization project in history.
AvaLabs, which licensed blockchain tech from Cornellβs Center for Technology Licensing, says its Avalanche platform will digitize 370,000 Bergen County property records worth $240B, the largest US deed tokenization project - boosting security and efficiency in real estate.
