I got rid of the 5-10s delay when using YouTube with uBlock. Here's how:

1. Go to uBlock Settings
2. My filters -> ✅ Enable my custom filters
3. Paste this in the textfield: www.youtube.com##+js(nano-stb, resolve(1), *, 0.001)
4. Hit apply changes & restart your browser
