This is Syphon vibing and staring at the viewer. The thing on his shoulder is a curse being named Sludge of the Forgotten Islands, a several thousand year old curse that feeds on people and the user.

"Why should I care?" This is Syphon, a lil study for a commission im working on! He's a half-orc or at least my best version of a half-orc. That thing on his shoulder is the Sludge Curse which pretty much a toxic mass of sludge that feeds on people.
