Thankfully in my case my hyperfixation just before starting meds was researching the meds. Biggest takeaways were appetite loss and the habit forming.

The appetite loss made me figure that if nothing was appetising, I might as well go for healthier meals and learn to cook

The real trick is to establish new beneficial habits while they’re still going strong, so by the time they settle into a ‘normal’ level you’ll have at least a few of these still going simply through routine

Sometimes I think I find the key to triggering the meds consistently but then on the third day I’m a fleshy sofa mass until like 3pm, after which I’ll spend 5 hours as a blur before inevitably crashing with headaches.

I'd put it this way: The reason its so easy to notice AI generated meshes in a dev pipeline is because theyre so dang awful, theres no way a professional or student of any level would have made them by hand.

Y'know, where its impossible to actually see them, and you may not even know they exist until you get that red error text because you didnt fill everything in properly.
