At the local level, the progressive candidates swept all five seats on the ballot for the Howard County Board of Education. Newcomers Meg Ricks and Andrea Chamblee will join incumbents Antonia Watts, Jolene Mosley, and Jen Mallo on the board. Congratulations to all!

Election Day was a good day for Maryland, at the Federal, State, and Local level.

In a competitive race for an open Senate seat, Prince George's County Executive (now Senator-elect) Angela Alsobrooks beat former Governor Larry Hogan by over 10%. Congratulations, Senator-elect Alsobrooks!

We can feel good about the work we did and the results in MD.
