Exactly one year ago was the happiest day of my life, it was the day I was reunited with Lois after 8 years apart. At the time I didn’t know it would only be for half a year, but I regret nothing and I’m grateful for every second I was allowed to spend with her.

It just feels weird that she’s still alive but no longer a part of my life. Like, I can still see her and if I stand af the fence I van even touch her, but I can no longer truly be with her. And that still hurts, and I don’t think that pain will ever truly go away.
