Cooking up a #PTCGP emblem event: Victory Road challenge, you get 2 points for winning and are deducted 1 for losing. The challenge is to hit 12 points (8 gym leaders + elite 4). If you have a 50% win-rate that should take you around 20 matches to complete.

Losing an ability is definitely a feels bad move. Same with losing power, except for the specific character maybe. Does less damage to their rival specifically

Definitely needs to be two sided. What if they took current team ups and reversed them. Opposing Jeff jumps onto Groot so Groot cannot hurt Jeff, but Groot gets ++HP. Cloak & Dagger give opponent Moon Knight invisibility but gets a +% to healing... Interesting, even if it was for an Arcade mode.
