Don’t you think that a part of the reason for the decline is due to access to birth control? Don’t you think they will come after that next?

How about paid family leave and child care cost assistance? Since most working families need two incomes to support their families, this would go a long way. Child care is TOO EXPENSIVE!

For Americans that are having fewer children for financial reasons, a child tax credit probably isn’t enough to move the needle. Seriously addressing housing and healthcare affordability might, though.
