The Minnesota Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the 29 recall petitions against the House Democrats who boycotted the beginning of the legislative session earlier this year.

As part of the power-sharing agreement between the House DFL and GOP, Democrats agreed to unseat Rep. Leigh Finke from the House public safety committee.

"At the request of Republican leadership, I was pulled off of that committee,” Finke said.
