This started life as dictated notes while walking the dog a couple weeks ago, and was intended to be an Instagram post about what it’s like being a part-time cider maker and orchardist. But there are many more out there doing the same afterhours toil. So this is for them.

The committee are delighted to announce that CraftCon 2026 will be held between the 12th and 13th March at Somerset County Cricket Club in Taunton and tickets are now on sale!

Over 20 speakers and panelists will be presenting on a range of topics covering the conference’s four core strands of orcharding, making, culture and business.

This year’s event was a sell out, so get the dates in your diary and your tickets booked if you don’t want to miss out next year.

The 6th TCCPA trade conference will consist of two days of interactive workshops, seminars, tastings, socials and fringe events aimed at aspiring and existing cider makers in the UK and beyond and will be expanding on the success of 2025’s sell out conference held in Hereford in March this year.
