People at work are mourning Charlie kirk, I don't care. He wouldn't want anyone having empathy 4 him, he thought empathy ,.that is ,feeling compassion 4 others was woke. He also said that it was worth a few deaths to keep the 2nd amendment. He just thought he wouldn't be one of those who died.

We all saw the first debate and it was not a good showing for biden. He should have not run for reelection, and while I did vote for her, I was worried about her chances in getting elected. As a country most people were not ready for a white female president, let alone a black one.

It's not throwing biden under the bus. I can show sympathy for his family during this diagnosis. But you can also be a bit angry that he backed out of some of his promises he made on the campaign. That being said, he did do a great job helping us rebound fron covid, unlike his predecessor.

... the public took it as the boy who cried wolf, because the people thought, rightfully so, that if it was such a grave threat, they would have acted on jan 7 ,2021, rather than 2 years later. thier slowness and unwillingness to hold someone in the elites accountable created this whole mess.

of the threat it actually was. if your house was on fire, a clear threat to your life, would you wait till the next day to call for the fire dept? no, you would call them the second you smelled smoke. they cared more about appearing partisan than dealing with the threat and so ....

to me the problem is this. the lackadaisical response of waiting two years to prosecute trump made it seem less serious than it was to the public. they kept saying, he is a threat to democracy, yet they wait 2 years to start? it made people think that this was an overblown threat instead...
