I learned recently the command key on Mac used to be dual purpose as the βAppleβ key. So that totally makes sense

Imagine reordering a product page based on the user's past behavior and preferences. If they are a "power user" and always go straight to the reviews, why not bring it to the top for them on future pages?

I've been trying out Dia after using Arc as my main browser for quite a while now. What messes with me the most is that I'm back to making 5,6,7 windows to manage different projects or tasks. Spaces were such a good feature for me and I sorely miss them π

I'd love to see AI agents pair with entry level devs to work on those issue traditionally handled by them: providing learning experiences along with efficiency.
A thought I had during @thisdotlabs.bsky.social livestream "The Future of AI Dev Tools..."

08.07.2025 13:41 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0James Quick's deep dive into Partial Prerendering (PPR) was another standout. I've been of the mindset lately that most things on the web should default to this rendering pattern. Also got great insights into Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) and Vercel's new AI SDK.

The closing fireside chat with Guillermo Rauch (Vercel CEO) and Brendan Eich (JavaScript creator) discussing the future of the web. Four people in total are sitting on a stage. Part of the audience is visible below. Above and behind you see the projection screen display the names of the two main speakers along with the text "Closing keynote"
The closing fireside chat with Guillermo Rauch and Brendan Eich discussing the future of the web was really insightful. Great to hear their perspectives on where we're headed and how to get there.
I made some fantastic connections with a bunch of great folks.
A hand holding the badge to VercelShip 2025. The background is a large yard with trees further away. Subject appears to be on a balcony. The badge reads "vercel ship, luke floden, engineer, lukefloden.com", with the vercel logo at the bottom right. There is also some fluid with light reflections printed on the bottom third of the badge.
I just got back from my trip to New York to attend #VercelShip2025; what a great experience!
The web is evolving rapidly, and companies need engineers who can adapt and build for the future.
It's an exciting time to be building on and for the web!

One is a markdown file with city names; below it is the mcp.json config file for connecting to the google maps example MCP server. On the right is an AI chat asking to calculate the distance matrix between the cities in the attached file. It shows that the MCP tool I added manually is being used.
Playing around with MCP servers, its surprisingly easy to set up. Can't wait to get my hands dirty making my own.

It's not exactly something that is going to affect users but still wild to see such a blatant use of malicious code in the wild.

I'm guessing its used to inject some affiliate codes into common market places (those arrays are for Amazon Japan and Rakuten Japan) and skim off some money from purchases (kind of reminds me of the recent #joinhoney controversy).
01.04.2025 17:07 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0 It's got all the telltale signs:
- ASCII-encoded URLs hidden in number arrays
- Zero-sized iframes
- Innocuous variable names masking functionality

I love frequently opening devtools on websites to see if there are any cute easter eggs or secrets.
I found a commented out chunk of malicious code in suikagame.com that is hilariously obvious.
omg thanks!
