He was incredibly passionate in this episode, and rightfully so.

It’s abominable, cruel, and irresponsible what has been done to USAID.

This administration is committing Watergate level crimes multiple times per week—and those are the ones we know about. It’s crazy to think about what else will come out after.

It’s absolutely essential these criminals are held responsible for their crimes. We must end elite impunity.

“There aren't a lot of hard and fast rules in life, but there are some:

The people bombing, starving, incinerating, evaporating, or trafficking children are never the good guys.

Never.”

The #SaveAct has not gone away. In fact, yam tits says passing it supersedes *everything else*.

Because it's not about election integrity, but about election control.

Yes, we have a billion things to worry about, but don't stop calling your MoC about this one.

This is how our government has been corrupted:

1) Donors give huge sums to elect politicians
2) Elected officials rewrite rules in donors' favor
3) Donors make huge profit
4) Repeat

We must get big money out of politics. It’s the root of all evil in Washington.

Elizabeth Warren: "I am a hard no on a supplemental. This is not a war the American people want us to engage in. This is not a war that makes us safer ... No. No more money. The only thing Congress has the power to do is to stop actions like this through the power of the purse."

Just have to say… the level of pushing right-wing content and scientific disinformation on other large social platforms (especially under one umbrella) is reaching a fever pitch.

I purposefully, repeatedly, highly curate my feeds with experts, but most content is all pushed propaganda now.

This is the most blasé admission of a war crime by a US president in history.

Trump has just disclosed, without prompting, that the US Military committed a war crime - literally just to brag & make his Republican audience laugh about unnecessarily killing 100+ Iranians instead of capturing them.

Local opinion: Arizona Republicans want to make our children sick We have a vested interest in protecting our communities and everyone in them. “Medical freedom” is the antithesis of community.

The idea of “medical freedom” weighs one parent’s decision to refuse vaccines as more important than another’s decision to protect their own children from contagious, vaccine-preventable diseases”.

@jimalwine.bsky.social and I in a new OpEd about AZ trying to ban childhood vaccine requirements.

Graph of award probability of R35 and R01 from NIH factbook as a function of review rank percentile. As is apparent, 2025 is a significant departure, with lower award probabilities at all scores <40 and significant departures from norm, where even being in the top 10% is no longer a nearly certain indicator of success.

Data source: https://report.nih.gov/nihdatabook/report/302

The data is in: the NIH goalposts have shifted.

What were once almost certain fundable scores have become coin flips and what used to be likely grants have become aspirational, leading to fewer awards.

Another manifestation of how HHS policies have led to fewer awards and less science.

Let’s talk about bossware and if you haven’t heard that term yet, here’s what it is. Bossware is workplace surveillance software. Software that tracks your keystrokes, monitors what websites you visit, takes random screenshots of your screen throughout the day,

Washington Post: In rare move, Veterans Affairs pulls back on controversial disability rule

It took the full might of the Veteran community to get them to back down on this.

Otherwise, they were set to cut disability benefits... merely a week before throwing a new generation of troops into war.

And they really think we believe they care about those who serve?

So far the war on Iran has cost $9.4 billion.

That's $1 billion per day.

$41,666,667 per hour.

$11,574 per second.

Thousands of lives lost.

People don't want this. They want a living wage. They want healthcare. They want to be able to afford a home. They want their basic needs met.

A terrible February jobs report. The U.S. economy LOST 92,000 jobs last month, while the unemployment rate rose to 4.4%, one of the highest levels seen in the past few years.

December was revised down to -17,000 jobs, while January was revised to 126,000.

Yes. And we have to talk about this now, because talking about it is the first step to making it seem like a callous crime rather than a surprising emergency.

Measles is 'worse than expected' in Utah, officials say Measles patients in Utah are developing severe complications, health officials say, including potentially life-threatening anemia and liver inflammation.

For RFK Jr and his “measles isn’t serious” disciples:

“A number of them clearly said if they had known, they would have vaccinated themselves and their children against measles, but they didn’t realize how bad it was”.

I am frankly more concerned about the apathy of the American public and even more importantly the lack of leadership in the Democratic Party.

This is not a dress rehearsal. Every single American must speak out against this Facist administration.

Summary of recent HHS departures:

-Unqualified weirdo Jim O’Neill out as CDC Director

-“Measles outbreaks are the cost of doing business” Ralph Abraham out as his Dumbass Deputy

-Venomous podcaster Vinay Prasad out at FDA.

Yet human cassowary and denim enthusiast RFK Jr. remains.

Qatar's Energy Minister just went on the record with the Financial Times and said: ALL Gulf energy exporters *will* shut down production within days.

Global economy is about to hit a wall.

Yam tits' response: UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER.
