AI can't think yes, but it can process information. the models we have right now are not as good as human brains but their getting pretty good at processing information. cool things are happening but we're yet far from AGI.
GPT4 is the one mostly used, GPT5 is the model he talks about which is bein evaluated by the congress for public release.

Hi there 👋, what deepseek did was impressive but they used openai's model to train their model.
Basically they trained the model with high quality data but the most impressive part is that it resulted in a more hardware efficient model!
You only need to train a model once and then you can branch :)
