It is SO hard to find gifs of primates in the WILD (not pets), NOT INTERACTING WITH HUMANS. My research shows that the more we feature people handling wildlife, the more likely the public is to want them as pets or to have a similar experience. Google searches = 💔😢.

Today I wanted to see exactly how much crime undocumented immigrants commit. It turns out less than 1/2 of the crime (adjusted to population size) that US citizens commit. What I found equally interesting is that the US GOVERNMENT KNOWS THIS, it was published here: docs.house.gov/meetings/JU/...

Scientists are unfairly and devastatingly seeing their grants cut and careers thrown into uncertainty, yet are still working 24/7 to continue their research, treat patients, talk to journalists, advocate with elected officials, and keep the public informed about potential threats. Absolute heroes!

I made a risky decision yesterday that I'm proud of. I asked a Princeton funder if I could revise my application so that, instead of me going to do fieldwork this summer, I could hire 3 undergrads instead. So many students aren't finding internships or work - now I can help.

Hey, smart people - I’m trying to help people in need and those being abused by the administration as much as I can. Do we know if there are populations of immigrants without documents who have not had the measles vaccine? If so, any ideas on how to get that to them since US idiots are anti-vax?
