The image is a cropped portion of a digital art piece done in dark and moody colors, with muddy purple shadows and acidic green highlights.

It depicts a burly and mean-looking animate teddybear - like a haunted doll of sorts. He has one ripped out button eye, and one glowing eye, and he is chomping on a cigar while holding something just out of frame with one huge paw.

A work of digital art drawn by the poster, @Apollyna. The vibe is that of a grungy vintage splash ad, such as a poster or magazine insert. A distorted but fashionable humanoid steps through a hole in the center of the image, its long ribbon-like arms and gloved hands reaching out toward the viewer. Instead of a face, its head is a floating mouth with massive fangs, stretched into a malicious gape. Thick block letters at the top of the image read "COME ON DOWN! TAKE A CHANCE! PRESS YOUR LUCK!" as they circle the hole the creature is crawling out of. In the deepest recesses of the hole, a dozen or so dimly glowing eyes can be seen leering at the viewer.
