Army of the Dead takes place with Indy and Mac on leave, unfortunately, so it's just a background detail like in Crystal Skull. Outside of the Dial of Destiny opening, the closest the series has gotten to OSS Indy thus far is Indiana Jones and the Treasure of Monte Cassana and that was by accident.
