I don't like Fox's college basketball graphics. Makes me feel like my HDTV feed is SD and having static.
The part in blue is a story I am following closely. Trump officials seem to classify David Ellison as an ally, who will alter CNN's coverage to make it more "friendly."

What happens if he complies? What happens if he doesn't? Both are huge for Obanization.
As always, the Pentagon trotting out the 'Your experienced war correspondents on the ground in the war zone just can't see how well this war is going' remains a pretty good indicator that things are not going to plan.
The front and back pages from that day.
Things were getting scary and she had a bit of a cough but I absolutely did not expect that she'd go to the ER that night and I'd never get to talk to her again.
Six years ago right now was also a Friday night and I was talking to Nana for the last time. She was at home and I was catching her up on my trip to DC where I saw Hofstra win the CAA Tournament three days earlier, only for the NCAA tournament to have just been canceled.
There's actually someone from Lindell TV.
You know, the channel from the My Pillow guy.
Pete Hegseth clearly has a massive inferiority complex.
Live news coverage of Pentagon press briefings should carry a disclaimer that real reporters are not in the room. The first question came from One America News, followed by The Daily Wire.
Hegseth really complained about CNN minutes before talking about the fatal U.S. plane crash in Iraq. "Bad things can happen."
He does have some skill at blaming his failures on the tv news industry in which his career flatlined
Pete Hegseth, at a morning Pentagon briefing on Trump's war in Iran, is currently whining about headlines and that they aren't written to his liking, and says if CNN: "The sooner that David Ellison takes over, the better."
Truly outrageous.
Ernie Anastos, the longtime TV anchor and talk show host whose Everyman personality and sturdy voice defined how New Yorkers received their news for over four decades, has died at 82.
Sorry to hear that longtime New York news anchor Ernie Anastos has passed away.
I first remember him from UPN 9 News doing promos during Star Trek: Voyager. He later joined CBS 2 News and was the lead anchor during 9/11 and its aftermath.

This is racism, bigotry, xenophobia -- whatever you want to call it -- and it is disgusting.
Woww
I observed Daylight Saving Time last night.
I was wondering if maybe he put on the hat later but, no, he wore a bright red tie with his baseball cap yesterday. bsky.app/profile/atru...
Fox ran older footage but labeled it as happening Saturday.
Wow -- as first spotted by @BadFoxGraphics on X, Fox & Friends this morning used *old footage of a previous dignified transfer* to mislead their audience about the fact that Trump wore a baseball cap during the one yesterday

Exclusive: A memorial plaque honoring law enforcementβs response to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot was quietly installed inside the U.S. Capitol early Saturday morning.
The memorial was required by law to be installed by March 2023.
Trump is especially low-energy before noon.
The US military was likely responsible for the strike on an elementary school in southern Iran that killed scores of children, the deadliest incident of civilian casualties in the US and Israelβs almost week-long war with Iran, according to CNN and expert analysis of evidence. https://cnn.it/4rjSsbc
Stop & Shop has a commercial where the announcer incorrectly pronounces "Reese's" as "Ree-sies." #reeses
Trump says this is now the most competent, qualified person in America to be in charge of Homeland Security. bsky.app/profile/atru...
These people are sociopaths.
Man what
Facebook keeps pushing me ridiculous MAGA content.
CNN is using a "map table." (Doesn't do anything different that a map on a wall/screen would do.)
I'm probably way off but did CBS invent doing this in 2003? I remember Dan Rather using a screen on his desk with an overhead camera during the Iraq war.
