Bellingcat has geolocated eight videos showing US Tomahawks cruise missiles in Iraq heading towards Iran. On Tuesday Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani spoke with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and stressed that Iraqi airspace and territory should not be used.
A review by @ntabrizy.bsky.social and myself of post-strike videos, images, satellite imagery and mapping data shows that a civilian park hosting an EMS base in Shiraz was directly hit, killing at least 20 and raising questions about mistaken targeting.
I spoke to CTV news about our @bellingcat.com analysis showing that a US Tomahawk missile struck the IRGC base near the Minab girls' elementary school on February 28, adding to evidence that the US was responsible for the deadly attack on the school.

New video footage shows a US Tomahawk missile hitting an IRGC facility in Minab, Iran, on Feb 28, showing for the first time that the US struck the area. The footage also shows smoke already rising from the vicinity of the girls’ school, where 175 people were reportedly killed, including children.
Two experts told me they hadn't seen a bomb before in Israeli service, that it could be a bomb designed to destroy chemical weapons. The US and IDF declined to answer specific questions about it, including if they assessed Iran had a chemical weapons program.

There are currently at least 14 (fourteen!) KC-135R Stratotankers on their way to the Middle East. Inbound from bases across the United States.
They're used to refuel other aircraft in the air.

Pakistan bombed Kabul overnight, as well as two other provinces, as tensions rose with Afghanistan’s Taliban government. Planet SkySat imagery obtained by Bellingcat shows the aftermath of the strikes on a military base in Kabul.
Reporting from @tolonews.bsky.social and online statements from Afghanistan's Taliban government spokesperson suggest the Taliban is currently attacking Pakistan in the border region between the two countries (aka the Durand Line).
