🗣️Comparison is definitely the thief of joy, overstand that.

🗣️ I don’t know who needs to hear this but it’s time to cut them off. You gave them a lot of grace and they continued to play in your face. Times up, it’s a dub, lesson learned in and through the experiences, move on, next chapter.

Be picky with who/what you give your energy to, everything and everyone isn’t worth it.

You can work your passion(s) and goals in between it “all”, the 9-5 don’t stop the grind and drive!!! Whatever you want to do, DO IT!! Whatever you want to go after, GO GET IT!!! There isn’t one-way to do life, do you!!!!

You can find me where the joy at, peace at, love at, laughter at, freedom at, ease at, and gentleness at, that’s it, that’s all.

I just be chillin’ being me and doing me. Life already complicated enough on its own, I mean do you see the times we are ALL living in?! So for that reason, I really do just be chillin’, vibin’ and lovin’ in between the chaos.

I don’t know who this is for, but on the other side of your “shame” is your “freedom.” Take your time getting there, and finally exhale once you’re there, and lean into your being, that’s true peace.

You/we gon’ be alright!!! Bad days doesn’t mean a bad life, daily reminder to us all. Feel the feels, we’re human, but don’t let the feels keep you stuck. 🙏🏿✨

🗣️I don’t know who needs to hear this but you’re experiencing repeated cycles in your life and not growing because you never self-reflect or learn how take accountability for your own doings. Everything isn’t always someone else’s fault, many times YOU are the problem/solution

A little bit of sunshine and time spent outside will really put a pep in your step, and that’s a word!! GET OUTSIDE AND GET A LITTLE SUNSHINE AND AIR!!

When you know better, do better.

People love to scream “I’m in therapy” but never do the inner-work or apply what they’re addressing in therapy. What’s the point?! Therapy isn’t an aesthetic. What are you taking away from being in therapy, how are you applying it to yourself and relationships, to your healing?!

When Nas said: “Nobody got time for petty in the city of bosses” I felt that!!!! When your vibe, energy and frequency above the petty, you never stoop but always rise.

Who and what’s no longer for you, let them and it go. What no longer serves you, let it go. Alignment and only alignment from here on out, this includes people, places and things.

I’m finding myself posting and hoping right back off social media these days. The content, posts and comments are not passing the vibe check. So I’m posting what I post, sharing what I share, saying what I said and hoping off. Less scrolling these days for me.

When you’re truly secure within yourself and know who you are to the core of your being and OWN IT, nobody can shake you, and I mean nobody!!!

Energy high, vibe right.

One thing about me, I stand on everything I say, said, do and did. I stand on all that I am, who I was and who I am to become. There isn’t an ounce of shame running through my veins, that’s my power.
