There’s peace with minding your own business.

You will never catch me screaming “couple goals” at other couples I see online. Pouring into my own relationship is the only couple goal, always.

With healing comes a lot of goodbyes, and I’m at peace with that.

I extended way too much grace to people who played in my face (“friends” and family included), those days are over. I will completely cut you off and distance myself nowadays.

One thing about those tables, they ALWAYS turn at some point or another. Be mindful how you do people!!!!!

It’s Friday, we made it!! New day, new month, new beginning, fresh start.

Having a partner pray for you and consistently prays OVER you is a different type of love, yes indeed. 🙌🏿🙏🏿

Be better, do better!!

I’m far from a relationship expert as I am doing the constant work on self, but I do know that time is one thing we don’t get back to be simply wasting be it yours or someone else’s.

Same old games and tricks, same patterns, actions and behaviors with a new face. Do you want a healthy relationship that thrives and last or nah? Do you want to be a better version of yourself that exudes growth and elevation or nah?

Hopping from person to person, situationship to situationship, relationship to relationship without doing the inner-work on yourself to actually CHANGE to be a better person and do better is pointless.

Pour into you, that’s the message.

Started my morning with a hot cup of freshly made organic sour sop leaf and clove tea, yeah it’s a self-care Sunday for sure!!!

I’m in the gym, working out, body right, body tight, growing my own organic food, eating healthier, in therapy, healing, growing, in love, loving who love on me, minding my business, tending to my business, and prioritizing my joy and peace. That’s it!!!

Today’s harvest: Kale, collards, sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes, okra, jalapeños and cucumbers. 🙏🏿🙌🏿👌🏿☀️
