1/3 With this in mind you're probably asking "Why is RSD associated with neurodivergent people?" And the answer to that is sadly because neurodivergent people are the most likely to experience it. However things like abuse and SA happen to neurotypicals people too causing them to develop RSD too

1/3 People often talk about RSD when it comes to autism and ADHD. Which is great, but you don't have to have either in order to experience it. In fact you don't even have to be neurodivergent to experience it. See, RSD isn't actually a symptom of either. Rather it's the aftermath of trauma
