I keep waiting for someone to intercede and stop this, fix this, do anything to prevent us from careening into an abyss...
But I'm realizing... No one is there. No one is coming. We're on our own. And so divided we're infighting instead of uniting. Snarling at our allies and demanding them to act.
I'm grieving something as it dies, gasping it's last breath of air. Waiting to be shipped to a camp or to be reeducated to be a proper trad wife who is seen and not heard or to be assigned to a new partner and watch my own die fighting to protect me.
I'm so afraid. And so ashamed.
